My Background

I spent over 20 years in law enforcement, serving in patrol, investigations, recruiting, and training. During that time, I saw firsthand the demands placed on women in the profession.

Long shifts. Court schedules. Overtime. Leadership responsibilities. Family life.

Like many officers, I learned how to push through.

But pushing through isn’t the same as having a system that allows you to perform, recover, and sustain your career over the long term.

At the same time, I had already spent more than 30 years studying and working in health and wellness. That combination of experience led me to one realization:
